STEP 1 - DESIGN

First a 3D model is made in Matrix.

The virtual model created can be rotated and shifted to show every angle of the design. With it, every millimeter of the piece can be planned out with perfect symmetry.

STEP 2 - RENDER

Next, we create a 3D render

This render will show what the final product will look like, allowing the customer to fully envision their creation.

STEP 3 - 3D PRINT

Once approved by the customer the image is 3-D printed in resin.

The resin will show exactly what the finished product will look like. The stone placement will be apparent, and the piece can be tried on for size. A ring band looks too thick? We can change it. A pendant looks too small? We can change it. We are not satisfied until our customer is satisfied.

STEP 4 - CAST & SET

Finally we cast, set, and polish.

Using the resin, a casting is made with the metal of choice. We use platinum, 18K yellow gold, and 18K rose gold in our designs. From here the piece is finished and polished, stones, if any, are set, and final touches are made to present to our customer. The quality and care we take with each individual piece keeps our customers coming back.
